Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a class or course from 52 Hertz Entertainment, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all participants.

1. Registration and Payment

Your spot in a class is confirmed only upon full payment.
By completing your payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable except as specified in section 5.

2. Code of Conduct

We aim to provide a positive and respectful environment for all. Therefore:

Drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Any student attending under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave immediately.
Disrespectful, disruptive, or aggressive behavior towards instructors or other students will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the class without refund.

3. Missed Classes and Make-Ups

If you cannot attend a class, you must notify us before the class starts.
You may reschedule to a different class up to two (2) times per semester, subject to availability.
Missed classes without prior notice are not eligible for make-up.

4. Health and Safety

Participation is at your own risk. Please inform instructors of any injuries or medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate.
52 Hertz Entertainment takes no liabilibity for personal injuries.
We recommend all participants have personal accident insurance if applicable.

5. Refunds

No refunds will be issued for missed classes unless due to medical reasons (see below).
In the event of a medical condition that prevents you from completing the course, a partial refund may be offered, based on the number of remaining classes.
A valid medical certificate may be requested to process the refund request.

6. Class Changes and Cancellations

52 Hertz Entertainment reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to instructor illness, venue issues, or public safety regulations.
In such cases, we will do our best to provide an alternative date or offer a make-up class.

7. Media Release

Occasionally, we may photograph or film our classes for training and promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform us in writing before the start of the course.

8. Data Privacy

We collect and store your personal information only to manage your registration, payments, and class communications. Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
